Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 September 2026
1. Who we are
This website is published and operated by SPARWINDOWS LTD, 3-4 Freeport Office Village, Century Drive, Braintree, United Kingdom, CM77 8YG, registered in England and Wales under company number 10421796, VAT number GB255301530. SPARWINDOWS LTD is the data controller for the processing described here and can be reached at info@pinnaclehub.online.
pinnaclehub.online is an advertising website. We are not affiliated with Star Stable Entertainment AB or with any other product owner mentioned on this site, and we do not operate any game, game account or payment system. See our legal notice for the full advertising disclosure.
2. What data we process
- Server log data. When you open a page, our hosting provider records the request in standard web server logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, HTTP status, browser user agent and referring URL.
- Campaign parameters in the page URL. If you arrive from one of our advertisements, the link may carry campaign identifiers (for example
utm_*,campaignid,gclidor network sub-IDs). These are read from the address of the page in your browser and appended to the outbound advertiser link when you click it, so the advertiser’s affiliate network can credit the referral to us.
This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising tags, builds no visitor profiles and contains no contact, registration or newsletter forms. We do not ask for, and do not want, your name, email address, password or payment details. We do not collect any data from inside Star Stable Online or any other advertised product, and we never receive your game account data.
The only third-party request made by these pages is to Google Fonts
(fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com)
to load the typefaces used in the layout. Your IP address is visible to Google as a technical
consequence of that request; see Google’s own privacy policy for details.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
- Delivering the pages you request, keeping the site available and preventing abuse or fraud — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
- Passing campaign identifiers to the advertiser’s affiliate network so a referral can be attributed to us and we can be paid — legitimate interest in being remunerated for the advertising we place; the identifiers concern the advertisement you clicked, not your identity.
- Meeting our legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) UK GDPR).
4. What happens when you click a sponsored link
Sponsored buttons on this site lead to an affiliate network URL that is shown in full in the link itself, so you can see the destination before clicking. Once you follow it, you leave this website: the affiliate network and the advertiser become responsible for any further processing, including any cookies or identifiers they set, under their own privacy policies. We receive from them only aggregated commission reporting — how many referrals converted — not your personal data.
If you prefer not to be counted as a referral at all, you can ignore the sponsored
buttons and go directly to the advertised product’s own website; we publish a direct, untracked link
to it on the page. Outbound clicks send a normal referrer
(strict-origin-when-cross-origin), which tells the destination that you
came from pinnaclehub.online. You can opt out of interest-based advertising generally at
optout.networkadvertising.org
or youronlinechoices.eu.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Server log data is processed by our hosting provider acting as our processor. Campaign identifiers are transmitted to the affiliate network you are redirected to when you click a sponsored link. Some of these providers operate outside the United Kingdom and the EEA; where that is the case, transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else.
6. Retention
Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days and are then deleted or anonymised. Campaign identifiers are not stored by us at all — they exist only in the page URL during your visit and in the outbound link you click. Commission reports, which contain no personal data, are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
7. Your rights
If you are in the UK, the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, email info@pinnaclehub.online; we answer within one month. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Because we hold very little data and none of it is linked to your name, we may need extra detail (such as the date and approximate time of your visit) to locate anything relating to you.
8. Children
This advertising website is directed at adults who make purchasing decisions, not at children, and we do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 16. If a product advertised here is suitable for younger players, its own age rating and parental controls are set by its publisher and shown on the publisher’s site or store listing.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. See also our Cookie Policy and legal notice.
